Establishment and Legal Registration
Originally founded in 2018 as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932 (Registration No. 06-010-2018-00062) between Dr. G. R. Gupta and Dr. R. N. Nagpal, the laboratory was established with a clear mission — to deliver reliable, accurate, affordable, and timely diagnostic services to the people of Tohana and its adjoining regions.
The centre is located near Rajasthan Medical Centre (RMC), Kainchi Chowk, Chandigarh Road, Tohana, District Fatehabad, Haryana – 125120.
In recognition of its steady growth and operational excellence, the firm transitioned into a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) structure and was officially incorporated as Tohana Manglam Diagnostics LLP on November 18, 2023, under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with CIN: ACD-9642.
Tohana Manglam Diagnostics is also registered under the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010, with Registration No. 0607800018.

Dr. Bhuvan Nagpal, (MDS, MSc, MBA, PGDMLS, LL.B, FAGE, FPFA (USA), Ph.D (Honoris Causa), Certified Lab Quality Assurance expert); Lab Director, Senior Consultant Oral Pathologist & Clinical Biochemist, who has been appointed by both partners as the Primary Signatory for Laboratory Reports.
Dr. Nagpal is a highly qualified, dedicated, and competent laboratory professional with extensive expertise in oral pathology, clinical biochemistry, and healthcare law. He also serves as the Quality Head and Medico-Legal Advisor for the laboratory, owing to his legal qualification.
His leadership emphasizes precision, ethics, innovation, and accountability, establishing Tohana Manglam Diagnostics as one of the most respected and quality-driven diagnostic centres in the region.
